QUESTION:
I already have my own SSL certificate, how do I have it installed ?

ANSWER:
If you wish to get your certificate installed, you must do TWO THINGS:

1. Purchase the $100 ONE TIME FEE, Secure Server Cert Account Add-On. Login to your BILLING ACCOUNT, and click on ADD-ONS.

2. OPEN a tech support ticket with the following information:

Email address the cert will be sent to:

Domain name:

State:

Country (2 letter abbriviation):

City:

Company name:

Company division (make same as company name if no division):

Email:

Password:

Transaction ID of the $100 Secure Server Cert Account Add-On Payment:

MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THIS IN A NEW TICKET!!!
