QUESTION:
How can I obtain my own SSL certificate?

ANSWER:
If you wish to get your own certificate to use for SSL, you must do THREE THINGS:

1. Purchase the $100 ONE TIME FEE, Secure Server Add-On. Login to your BILLING ACCOUNT, and click on ADD-ONS.

2. You must purchase an SSL Certificate from a SSL Cert company, such as Verisign, Thawte, Geosign, etc.
The price of the SSL Certificate varies by company and is normally charged ANNUALY by that company.
We suggest any company that supports Apache-SSL.
We cannot suggest any one company over another, but, we have used Verisign, Thawte, Geosign, etc. many times without problem.

3. OPEN a tech support ticket with the following information:

Email address the cert will be sent to:

Domain name:

State:

Country (2 letter abbriviation):

City:

Company name:

Company division (make same as company name if no division):

Email:

Password:

Transaction ID of the $100 Secure Server Cert Account Add-On Payment:

MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THIS IN A NEW TICKET!!!
