Where can I find what hits, pageviews, and sessions are?

ANSWER:
Hits are actual people at your site.
Pageviews are actual number of page views for your site INCLUDING refreshes and returns.
Sessions are number of people at your site, but then user clicks around and hits many pages on your site... all is ONE SESSION.
