If you are new to this whole web hosting thing or need some very basic questions answered.

QUESTION:
It says forbidden when I try to see my site. I loaded to the index.html file. Whats wrong?

ANSWER:
Make sure that you have uploaded the index.html file into your domain-www directory. Also make sure that index.html is in all lower case letters.
Also make sure you do not have an invalid .htaccess file in your domain-www directory.
In addition, you can check your domain-www directory's permissions. They should be 751 or rwxr-x--x
