QUESTION:
I am having trouble uploading ... what is the FTP address?

ANSWER:
Your FTP address can be either of the below:
ftp.yourdomain.com
yourdomain.com

OR you can use the IP Address assigned to you by us. This is best used when your domain is still be pointed to our name servers by your registrar.
