ANSWER: - It is very possible, that you simply need to change your HOSTname/Address FROM your IP address TO your actual domain name.
So, if it is currently:
209.232.23.2
CHANGE it to your domain:
yourdomain.com
:)
If that does not work, please check your spelling of the password, as it is case sensitive, and if that still does not work, open a tech support ticket and ask them to RESEND your welcome letter with all CURRENT UserName/PassWord info :)
