ANSWER: - No, we only allow you to have CHAT ROOMS that are NOT LOCATED on the server.
There are many of these available on the web, which you can find by doing a search on a search engine.
AGAIN, if you place a CHAT ROOM directly on our server, meaning: the chat room applet, cgi, BOT, or IRC is ON OUR SERVER, your site will be suspended without notice.
