QUESTION:
I have a few clients in my domain who use my email and space on my site. I have just been told that you have closed down a site due to spamming. Now, what happens if one of my clients does some spamming? I hope that you will inform me to inform them or we just close down their site. I would hate to think that you would hold me responsible and close down my site. That would be a disaster for my new business. Its all I have and it`s coming along nicely.

ANSWER:
Unfortunately, that is just the way it works.
If you are going to take the risk of allowing users on to your DOMAIN/account... then you are also taking on the liability for what they do.
99% of hosts will also have this policy.

This is why it is always best to simply have your clients have their own domains.
