QUESTION:
I uploaded my site FP2000. In order for me to see the index page, I have to include /index.htm in the address. Would uploading via FTP correct this issue?

ANSWER:
It should do this automatically.
If you have to put in the /index.htm then MOST LIKELY you have two index pages.
The other is probably the default PREINSTALLED file called
index.html
Yes, the l at the end makes a difference... delete that file and your problem should disappear :)

Also, DO NOT use FTP if you are using FrontPage.
