- How do I BACKUP my website using FrontPage ?
ANSWER: - Easy :)
Open your web in FrontPage, as if you were going to edit it.
Next, in your folder list:
Click on the little - (minus sign) so that it changes to a plus and pulls all of your files into the one directory named: http://yourdomain.com/
It should also be highlighted now.
Next, go to "File"
Choose "Publish Web"
CLICK "Browse"
Now, select your desktop. We suggest you create a folder on your desktop called "BackUp".
Now, select the backup folder, and click "Open"
Lastly, Click "Publish"
Thats it.
It may ask you some questions, but that is all you have to do. It will copy/publish your entire site to that folder of your choice :) ############################################################ Please be advised that this is a SUPPLEMENTAL Online Manual.
The PRIMARY Online Manual is inside your Online Control Panel... to access it, just click Documentation link at very bottom of Online Control Panel screen.
