QUESTION:
MIVA does not seem to be working on my account... what do I do ?

ANSWER:
First make sure that your account has the MIVA button on the control panel.
If it does not, then you need to contact support and ask them to move you to a MIVA machine... you must also give them permission to DELETE your entire site... thus, you need to have your FILES backed up BEFORE asking to be moved.

If you do have the MIVA button, make sure that you have installed MIVA.

How do I call Miva files on the web?
http://$fulldomainname/apps/scriptname.mv

Where are the HTMLScript files located?
In the following directory:

/home/$username/$domainname-www/apps
