QUESTION:
I am trying to send e-mail and I keep getting the error "Mail Relaying Denied"... what do I do?

ANSWER:
You MUST have your outgoing smtp setup to your isp.
Contact them immediately and ask them what this is.

In order to allow you TO SEND MAIL from your domain, you need to Authenticate by logging into your POP server first.

This will solve this problem :)

Please read the reasons as to why we do not have "open-relay" below.

The recent problem concerning SMTP is a actually a feature that our servers have and is not meant as a hindrance to you or your business. Let me explain how this feature works and will benefit you and then we can work out the details to help you use this feature. This feature is to protect you and the rest of our clients from SPAM and from being blocked or labeled as a SPAM-relay. Certain "blackhole" companies like ORBS have put together a database of Hosting companies and servers that have an open Mail-Relay. ORBS will go to each IP address on a server and if they can send mail through your server they put you in their database and inform you that your relay is open. ORBS then gives this database to ISP's around the world. If someone from that ISP tries to send mail to anyone on your server the ISP will see that you are on the database and deny that mail from getting to you. No if, ands, or buts, the mail just drops off the net. ORBS has previously blocked some of the servers on our network from mail traffic. We have removed these servers and we are working with ORBS to keep the rest of the servers from getting in the ORBS database list. As you can see by now that if your server is put on the list you will slowly loose every piece of email. That is why we have had to close Mail-Relay for the server. Therefore this is actually a feature that we have to offer.

In general it is best to use your ISP's SMTP server. If you do not need your own SMTP server you should use your ISP's outgoing mail server(SMTP) in place of your domain's.
