QUESTION:
I am getting an error when I SEND e-mail from Outlook, Netscape E-Mail, etc.

ANSWER:
You MUST have your outgoing smtp setup to your isp.
Contact them immediately and ask them what this is.

Also, you need to receive before your send. This is required to authenticate with the server. After you receive you will have a 15 minute window to send mail. After which you will be loged out of the mail server. See this link about mail relaying. http://mympc.com/faq/47.1.html
