CATEGORY: E-Mail - Receiving E-Mail

QUESTION:
I cannot download any e-mails, but if I SSH/telnet to the site, I see 4 new messages there.

ANSWER:
Double check to make sure that you are checking the correct POP.
Last, if you still cannot download them, then most likely our system is rejecting one or more of the messages due to size or attachment.
Delete the messages in the box from SSH/Telnet or webmail and the POP should work :)
