1. - i sent e-mail but was not able to deliver mail. how do i retrieve e-mail from your mail server using MS Outlook or other mail client?

2. - We are having trouble setting up our e-mail accounts in MS Outlook Express 5.0 we want to be able to recieve mail using outlook express 5.0 but this is the message i get when i try to recieve. Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'John Doe', Server: 'mydomain.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Invalid command; valid commands: USER, QUIT', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

3. - I cannot download any e-mails, but if I SSH/telnet to the site, I see 4 new messages there.

4. - When someone sends me an email, I receive it, but also an error message from "mail delivery subsystem" subject "Returned mail:local configuration error". What can I do about this?
