QUESTION:
If a new version of any of the software your company uses comes out, do you automatically upgrade or is the customer given an option?

ANSWER:
We have our system admin's look into the software and test it on a non-live server to see if it causes any problems with security. Once our system admin believes it is safe to apply to the servers then we will upgrade the servers.
