QUESTION:
I've changed my password in the control panel, and it told me the new password would be activated in ten minutes. Now neither the old or new passwords will work. What should I do?

ANSWER:
MOST likely, you tried to SET your password incorrectly.. such as too many characters, etc.
Go ahead and open a tech support ticket and ask to:

PLEASE resend me my WELCOME LETTER with all my current Username/Password info :)
