QUESTION:
I logged into the control panel for the first time and attempted to change my password. I thought I was successful, because the next time I logged in I was able to use the new password, but then it kept asking me for a password anytime I clicked on an icon in the control panel. Now when I try, I can't log in at all using the new or old password. Can you please help?

Sure, you will simply need to open a tech support ticket and ask them to RESEND YOUR WELCOME LETTER :)
