QUESTION:
My records show that my Username is sdfs and the password is sdfsdfd. I can't login to my control panel with these. Are they correct?

ANSWER:
If you are not able to login to your control panel, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

OPEN up a Tech Support Ticket, and place the following into the message:


HI, I have lost my username/password for my account.
PLEASE resend my Welcome Letter with all my current Username/Password info :)
