Did you pay for your ACCOUNT in full ?
Your domain name will not work UNTIL your account is fully paid.
If your account is fully paid, and your domain is still not working within 24 hours, simply open a tech support ticket, and they will get it taken care of ASAP.

Is this a domain name transfer (Is your domain already registered somewhere else) ?
If it is, it will not work UNTIL the domain is pointed/transferred to us. To get it transferred to us, go to www.SureTransfer.com ############################################################ Please be advised that this is a SUPPLEMENTAL Online Manual.
The PRIMARY Online Manual is inside your Online Control Panel... to access it, just click Documentation link at very bottom of Online Control Panel screen.
