I ordered www.mydomain.com and you gave me domain.com WITHOUT THE www ?

Our systems treat both www.domain.com and domain.com THE SAME. So, with or without the www, it will work the same. This is one of the wonderful benefits to hosting with us:
No matter what someone types in going to your site, with or without the www, they WILL get to your site!
